imo, it's the CEO unloading at 0002, as evidenced by the recent 90m increase in the OS.
i'll call the TA again this week, and fully expect the number to be higher than 2.586b now.

my question is why now? just before (in theory) MIKP could PR the sale of White Space, sparking a rally in the stock.

why not wait to unload into the rally, yielding more than 0002/0001 per share?

one thought is that Mark doesn't care about the common, and just wants some more cash in his pocket immediately.

another is that he wants the price back at 0001, so he (and/or friends) can personally load up on ultra cheap shares before the WS sale.

so goes the pink market game...
