Who hung up on you Beers? The de facto CEO ?

That WDRP the security is halted in all of Canada was just claimed. Where did that come from? Certain individuals, and a couple companies, including Wanderport itself, and their employees, officers, and directors were ordered to cease trading WDRP. By extension this is then presumably recognized in all of Canada.

That however does not add up to WDRP not being allowed to trade in all of Canada, or even in just Quebec or Ontario.

Even if it could not be traded anywhere in Canada by anyone, the US TA controls the issuance at the direction of Wanderport, right? If they are unable to issue more shares, up to the company's current limit of a billion, then it is because the new TA cannot figure out how many have been issued due to the inccomplete records transferred, or to the incomplete transfer of records, whichever, from the old TA that had the legal action taken against it.

What is this about the TA being gagged ? Is that some sort of legal stricture against them making them behave in a specific way relative to WDRP? I thought they just could not take normal course actions because they did not have the neeed informations in their custody about the WDRP security.
