A gagged TA is invariably a sign that "management" is diluting hand-over-fist.

It's also a sure-fire sign, in and of itself, that a stock is a scam.

And the "past" involvement of notorious penny stock fraudster Jean François Amyot is a matter of public record. indeed at one stage he was listed at OTC Markets as VP of IR for WDRP.
