I am sort of flummoxed that nobody seems at all disturbed that the only worthwhile asset of CMKX was given away to Frizzell (apparently to pay his bills for services rendered) as the prior board of CMKX was walking out the door.
Maybe everyone else expected it. Maybe nobody cares about the apparent stripping of assets from the company. Kirkpatrick certainly doesn't seem to care. ... eom
