FINRA simply processed the name and ticker change -- there was no inspection or investigation involved, therefore there was no "passing muster" by FINRA.

Additionally, the SEC has absolutely NO involvement in the process of corporate name and ticker changes. Your claim that ANWM/PIPI somehow "passed muster" by the SEC is 100% false.

Fraudluent PK entities change names and ticker symbols frequently. The mere fact that the name and ticker changed is not some sort of endorsement by FINRA and the SEC as you seem to imply:

Yes AND it passed muster by both the SEC and FINRA! That is a fact.
