In a conversation I had last year with Andrew, he told me that they hired Design 1 because Robert had hitted a wall and didnt know what else to do with the unit anymore to make it work, and after months in that situation he accepted to hire a company to help him, that shows he can be stubborn sometimes and delay things thinking he can do it all , but at the same time they were PRing all kind of things to make us believe they were moving foward and everything was ok, so go figure .
I got stuck here because i gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking they were really gonna show something good at the meeting , so right now Im losing so much that it dosnt make sense to sell anymore, otherwise I would had sold long time ago.
But getting to your question, I think they are trying to put something together and finding all kind of problems with it, they just put the cart in front of the horses and noticed it didnt move, so now are doing what they were supose to do six months ago, and like I said some days ago, I really hope they have some companies lined up to do the tests after all this time, because after all the time wasted it dosnt make any sense to want to do in house tests that will have no real recognition to the public or posible manufacturers, but hey , we know they are not the most logical when it comes to making decisions.
