Then how about you call him back and ask the following very specific questions:

1) what is the status of efficiency testing, i.e. where are they exactly, 50% complete, 75% complete, just getting started due to new parts just arrived, or what? No more "will be completed soon" answer.

2) when do they anticipate issuing the next PR with efficiency numbers?

3) has the 3rd party testing begun as was indicated by Robert back in January?

4) will Robert's share restriction get extended?

5) are you in talks with any manufacturers at this time?

Above questions would be a good start. Any detailed response would be greatly appreciated, not some boiler plate answer.
