The partnerships are still there, they just haven't merged as was desired. Tac-Air was requiring TADF to get the loan for the Super-T, which they finally did, however it was way pass the merge deadline last year. Next, they wanted a DOD contract before merging. I believe it is still in the works, but the DOD contract is required before the merger can be finalized.
