I doubt the tire well is pressurized, just as the cargo bay is not pressurized. Even if that was the case, a fully blown tire would not blow up when exposed to vacuum, it will be the equivalent of going from 50 PSI to 65 PSI internal pressure (vacuum is minus 15 PSI so to speak...).
