Are you telling me the tires are inflated during descent? I doubt it, they are most probably pressurized from the beginning (and maintain their pressure while the outside is vacuum, easily done, I don't know if they use metallization of the inside or if they even need to. But if you assume that they have very little prssure in them, then the end pressure will be even lower (PV=RT is quite universal...).
