Sorry ZF but Manshoon is correct in this. He has a bad reputation but that does not make his statement wrong. It is obvious that Kim and Ben monitor this board which is why we got KBs email correcting your post.
If Kim monitors this board then he was very aware of the shareholders displeasure at the silence.
I am all for Kims 100% silence when required.
However...
Seeing the PPS fall and knowing that the shareholders were getting scared, he VERY EASILY could have announced the NDAs back in January without jeopardizing the deals.
He could have said to any of the people who wrote him in 3 months, that he cant discuss it because of NDAs and that would have been enough to keep your post from costing their shareholders a lot of money.
(Dont faint Fatcat)
There is no reason that Kim could not have released this CC in December and should have. It is highly offensive to me that KNOWING that Kim has seen the dissatisfaction in the share holders on this board and did nothing to calm us until after your panic sell statements.
So Mojo, and KC, and JB spend 3 months shouting no product, no forward movement, KBLB is a fraud, and we all fight trying to claim an NDA and we were right... and Kim could have cleared it up in 1 PR....
But you say "There might be a problem" and Kim responds???
That is 100% bulls&^t
Your post and Kims neglect cost a lot of people, a lot of money and made a lot of non investors, a lot of money.
You can argue that Kim was silent because of NDAs (I have) but...
I have no choice but to wonder what the delay in the CC was all about. If we had NDAs fine, but the CC broke no NDAs today and it would have broke none 3 months ago.
The CC was very reassuring to me. I am glad we have less worries and know more about the company's direction and statice.
It would have been nice to feel that way since the bottom in December too. The delay was supposedly because if ZFN insertion delay when they reevaluated their protocol. OK... What did we hear in the CC about the protocol that delayed us?
I have already said I missed the first half of the CC so maybe I missed it. But I have not heard any talk about the delay
