The only trust involved is Ralston believeing what Fifer says on the CC. Zack's bases it's calculations, assumptions, projections on what PTQ says. Will they come true or are they accurate? I would say only as accurate as Fifer has been to date. It's beyond me how a target can be raised on a company that consistently has missed their numbers. That just doesn't make a lot of sense.
