It's around 19:00. Yes, he said it (or implied it). It's impossible. He qualified it by saying the buying would continue at a "steady state", implying it won't be as much as possible. It wouldn't make sense to burn through $8M in buybacks before July 3rd ... of course, no one said they wouldn't renew the buyback.

I expect that they'll continue the 25-50K buys as long as the price stays around $0.50 or lower. They'll probably suspend it if it goes higher than $0.75.

Don't read too much into the CC. It wasn't very professional imo and what was implied won't necessarily be so.
