You can rest assured they're not going to be buying back all those shares before the deadline runs out. They would have to take out a loan to get the money to buy that many shares. That was just another smoke and mirrors point made by Fifer on the CC.
I didn't hear him say anything about buying that many shares in a certain amount of time. He just said they intended to buy them back. That could mean over the next three years for all you know.
