Why does Frank do anything he does? Maybe for the benefit of QBID, and definitly for the benefit of QTN and himself. It is the qustionability of the former, and the absolutibility of the latter that keeps the share price down. If Frank will ever prove the up and up of QBID as a company, and not just how great QTN the network is, then the stock price move higher, and fast. IMO-TW
