A Double Bottom was created when the Sept. & Oct. of 2011 lows found support @ the end of 2008 levels......
BLDR has been running ever since.......Take a look @ the run made in the beginning of 2009.....
Almost hit 9.......If BLDR keeps running & 7-8 resistance is broken it could run much higher.......
