Didn't know that....namely that a shr.holder meeting was voluntary for BB issues...Interesting...But CH's predisposition is obvious here when she did in fact name one and the date ...and then even re-announced it for another date...She is out of that corporate culture ....Dell , Gillette ,etc....Many CEO's might well have skipped a meeting with the shares having lost over 70% of their value over the last year or so...But not CH and that is a positive in my book..

I've had my ample criticisms of this lady ...but I've also said that I think HRCT's biggest PERCEIVED asset is our CH and her ample corporate resume...An investor might well say we have "representative" management , at least on paper...We simply haven't seen too much as yet...and that might be somewhat addressed in your mail to the board....
