EC, I think what Jack might have meant to say was that Harcourt was dragging their feet so that the IPO would be delayed for a while longer. I believe that the questions left to answer are simple ones and once they do answer them, the IPO for SA would have to be a go within a certain number of days. Harcourt obviously feels the IPO timing isn't great at the moment, therefore they don't want to rush the approval. I asked the question in Boca and that was the answer I received....hrct_bull
