I listened to parts of the conference call. This company is not trying to scam anyone or screw the small shareholder. They are pursuing ways to weather the stormy weathers of the market they are in and make the maximum of it. They sound quite sincere in their efforts to please the investors. My impression is that they are trying to create much greater value and become a bigger and more stable company. How that will affect the SP, I do not know.
