Makes sense. It is amazing the amount of volume this stock has and yet no real changes. If I am correct COWI is releasing more and more shares to keep the share price down and raise money? I just do not see how something with SO much volume just swings between .0001-.0002 multiple times in a day for the past couple months. Good news is that it is staying at .0002 EOD now! IMO that is a good sign.
