Wow, I wasn't aware he was still active.

I was thinking way back. I remembered the "Pollock" name from Auxer Group when he was tied in with Eugene Chiaramonte. Eugene went on to the Quest Minerals/Kentucky Energy scam in which he got involved with now ex-con Tarun Mendiratta(USXP and AFRT). Mendiratta's wife was involved with Zevotek.
