Mr. DeMatties holds B.S. and M.A. degrees in Geology from the State University of New York in Oneonta. As a Registered Professional Geologist, Mr. DeMatties is a seasoned exploration geologist with almost 40 years of worldwide experience and is a Qualified Person as defined by National Instrument 43-101.

Recent projects include management of an advanced multi-million dollar copper-nickel-PGM project in northeastern Minnesota as well as consulting on several iron-oxide-copper-gold (IOCG) properties in Nevada. Mr. DeMatties is considered an expert on the topic of volcanogenic massive sulfide (VMS) deposits. Prior to these engagements, Mr. DeMatties was a consultant to WMC Exploration, Falconbridge U.S. and INCO.

Theodore A. DeMatties III, Corporate Development

Mr. DeMatties holds a B.S. degree in Business Management with an emphasis in Finance from the Minnesota School of Business. Mr. DeMatties has over 5 years of geological field experience, having assisted gold and nickel exploration programs in Nevada and Michigan for various mineral companies. More recently, Mr. DeMatties worked for publicly-listed mineral exploration and development companies where he focused on providing investor relation and corporate communication services. Mr. DeMatties also has experience brokering strategic financing arrangements for public and private companies.

Ms. Kern is a graduate of University of Minnesota where she earned a B.S. in Technical Communications with an emphasis in Information Technology and Design. She also holds an A.S. in Graphic Design. Ms. Kern has prior experience working for national publication groups and has excelled at leading projects that required advanced graphic design, print layout, and editorial work. She has also built strong skills generating client proofs, developing creative collateral materials and igniting marketing initiatives.
