I have no doubt this is a scam. Knew it by the one of the first pr's that Rain uncovered.

The Choco Placer mine was in production as recently as August 2011 before operations were halted to pursue access to capital markets

Obviously, makes no sense to stop production. And there is more, but no sense going into. I have a decent position in this and expect to get a decent return. Play it for what it is.

PS: I do thank Rain for finding this one pre-launch. Time to make some money.
