ETrade Help needed

Hi All,

(I probably need to ask ETrade but...) So I opened an ETrade account Friday because initially ING wouldn't let me trade SNPK. Finally on Friday - ING allowed me to trade SNPK, but I had already wired some money to fund my ETrade account. The thing I noticed with ETrade is that their quote system is behind the curve (15 min. delay). So if I wanted to execute a buy tomorrow say at.65 and I set-up my purchase on ETrade would it wait 15 mins before it executed and thus miss the boat, or would it execute immediately if all conditions were right (meaning the ask was .65 etc etc). Thanks!
