There are around a billion shares out, but the float is 1/10th that. Fairly high market cap, too. All this can be justified if they have the goods and the ground--and it looks like they do. RS? Who knows...but it shouldn't be surprising to see someone instill fear in order to get the price to go down...just so they can reload.
