Nice bounce-back for CLF today after being hammered for a few days on China’s lowering of its official GDP-growth target from 8% to 7.5%. Perhaps cooler heads are prevailing and realizing that China’s official target is largely symbolic and is always exceeded when the actual numbers come in.
