IPSU Imperial Sugar (IPSU) sells a 50% interest in Wholesome Sweeteners to an affiliate of Arlon Group for between $55M and $60M - an amount that is contingent on Wholesome's working capital and credit availability at the time of closing. Shares of IPSU +16.7% premarket.
