Thanks grejust. Yea man the only thing I will say is mergers are time consuming and meticulous for good reason. If not done correctly nobody wins and a lot of time and money is wasted.

My spec on the CEO's is Scott will step down once the merger is announced. There are a lot of moving pieces to this merger and many potential partnerships are most likely waiting in the wings for it to be successfully concluded.
