Good post....I agree that all the text disabling apps (including phoneguard and izup) are not well known. If this type of software and protection for teenagers while driving becomes popular, then certainly Phoneguard has a chance to be "best in class". This concert should do HUGE marketing for the Phoneguard brand. Let's hope it catches on soon.

On another note, anyone have and perspective on what might be holding up this merger? I know many of us think it is done and being finalized based on Izup being on Phoneguard's website. No way in the world Izup would be on Phoneguard's website unless they were sure it was a done deal (in my opinion). I noticed Frohman's name in the latest concert PR's as CEO of phoneguard. We know that will become Ross, so obviously something isn't finalized yet.
