Fwiw, all solar systems loose efficiency in high heat. One misconception about solar is hotter is better the fact is heat creates resistance in electrical systems causing solar systems to operate in the lower end of their specifications. Sounds to me Fslr systems are dropping just bellow the specifications on the panels. IMO the easy fix is just add more panels to make up the difference.
