At 200,000 feet -- or 60,000 metres -- the air pressure would be about one-1,000th of what is at the surface, and all of the atmosphere is effectively below you. With an airspeed of 12,000 mph, assuming you could eject safely, (I don't think so) you would burn up on re-entry.
