He is near me (KC) and he has looked at WAVX several times; the gist is he thinks SPRAGUE is GREAT at raising money; and that WAVX is a "STORY" stock; this was before millions of TPM's were on peoples desk and laptops......

He has been very successful with TECH stock picks; XICO, ISIL, HLIT and recently SIRF (from 12-21 since his TOUT)....
