If I recall from the NY meeting, from the time of approval of IPO you have one week to get out prospectus; two weeks till IPO. Those are the rules. Don't know if the two weeks till IPO is 2 weeks beyond the prospectus (which is prepared already but not printed as of NY meeting) or 2 weeks from date of approval.
On another note, this will most likely be my last post for a while - my son goes in for surgery on Monday, and then 5 days in hospital. So think of us once in a while and think positive thoughts!!!
