I just reviewed the docket again. As I posted, the parties agreed to allow Nokia to use in the UK 2G action the same documents that had been under seal in Judge Lynn's case. Again, this was only for use in the UK 2G action so people should not worry about Nokia's ability to use these documents in other cases. Because these are confidential documents, they can only be used where all parties agree or as the result of a court order.
