LEXG was a massive promo as well, the share price on that one is higher today (almost a year later) than it was when the promotion started, no?!

Yes and no. Someone--presumably connected to the company--bought a lot of stock on 22 March, just before the promo began, at 12 cents. The next day, the promo began and the stock closed at 92 cents.

It currently trades at 75 cents, and was recently chilled by DTCC.
