Idocare:IDCC won an "important" MORAL VICTORY

with the reversal of the Judge's decision to permit NOK to intervene.

However, it remains to be seen if it has any practical implications. If it doesn't I do find it curious as to WHY the appeal was even pursued? I suspect that IDCC lawyers feel that this must have some import for future IDCC cases and/or IDCC NOK dealings.

I can't believe we spent whatever it cost to pursue this issue merely out of intellectual curiousity or to achieve a MORAL Victory only?
