RIG price target raised to $70 from $65 at FBR Capital

FBR Capital raised its price target for Transocean shares post the company's Q4 results and reiterates an Outperform rating on the stock. The firm believes Transocean is on the verge of a Macondo settlement and thinks operational risk is already priced into shares at current levels
