Even if BCAP manages to succeed, it may not be in anyone's best interest to sit patiently on their shares.

Quite often, it's not the first set of investors who benefit from success. Or even the second set.

With the A/S maxed out, is there any reason you wouldn't expect the company to do a R/S? Which would wipe out most all the current shareholders?

Remember, Matt's primary mission is to have the company succeed, not shareholders.
