It may have been that we assumed there was a 21 day notice that had to be given in advance of moving the date. I guess it was just 21 day goal. Apparantly they can change the date much closer to the last date .

I think it was DRILL4 that said Kesha told him the cutoff date for submitting for restitution was some time this week. Kesha had told me that one of the reasons for moving the sentenceing date was because restitution claims kept tcoming in.

She also told me there was potential for another delay because the procecutor that was assigned the case had a trial set for later in April and the procecutor could request another dealy because the GFCI case would over load him Poor baby.

I asked what would happen if the defendant in the other case was run over by a big truck. I didn't get an answer to that one.
