If they wanna do that, there's absolutely no reason to gag the TA. The TA is gagged 9.99 times out of 10, when the company does not want the share structure to be public knowledge, and that 9.99 times out of 10 is because they are increasing the shares, not decreasing.

btw, in case you did not know, you can go to a judge, get a subponea, and have the TA and/or the company give you the share information. If it is a public company, they HAVE to release that information by court order.
