GUADALAJARA, Jalisco (26/FEB/2012.) - A man and a Canadian-origin are investigated by the Attorney General of the State of Jalisco (PGJE) and the Attorney General's Office (PGR) death threats and fraud, as set out two minutes of preliminary investigations.
According to the preliminary 71/2008/AG03/EXT/A of the PGJE, a 32 year old man was threatened and filed its complaint on February 26, 2008 before the public prosecutor Extortion area, at that time because he had been threatened with death by an armed man who identified himself as a hit man and who worked under George Salazar Barnett, born in Arizona, USA.
The man told the prosecutor that he received a phone call from her mother's house, who said he was a man who identified himself as'' Ali'' and was looking for a "matter of a divorce," licensed by Alexander, a situation that seemed odd.
At that time the victim told her mother she passed the phone to "Ali" to communicate with him and talk about it than by what was wanted.
"When my mother came to this subject and I started talking with a disguised voice, and said 'I want to leave in peace George Salazar Barnett, and I want the withdrawals from all claims, or I will kill you to Alexander 'said the person concerned with the social representative.
In the preliminary read that the person named'' Ali'' had a conversation with the progenitor of man, and it insisted that she be given the telephone number to communicate immediately with men, but the woman refused to provide it.
The woman told her son that such'' Ali'' pulled a gun squad type with chrome muffler and pointed to his chest while he said "tell your son that you are paid and that if you follow the demands, we will kill you, to see that it is better, if your money or your life, and after the fact to me and I will both have their safe house, for I am Colombian, I the and I'm done, "said the man.
The affected person after the event, said the prosecutor to work for George Salazar Barnett, who owns a company called Minera Minera San Jorge Amajac and where the complainant worked as head of human resources and in an office which was located Valparaiso street in Colonia Providencia.
About the threat, the former employee by the name Alfonso Salazar explained that Barnett requested a loan to him and a friend from work named Alejandro de Leon, in the amount 500 thousand pesos to pay the delinquent payroll of some employees.
Both Alfonso and Alexander had made the loan and made him sign a promissory note for one million pesos, which presumably would solve in a few days but did not.
In November 2008, Alfonso and Alexander were dismissed from the firm of Barnett Salazar, receiving his severance pay.
During a conversation, the American told Alfonso: "If I hear that you present to me or the company any claim you'll be sorry, I'm getting killed, do not know who you're messing with me anytime I going to America and see how you find me, "words of the complainant.
A former employee sued the defendant before the Attorney General's Office (PGR) because they are afraid of being murdered.
She stated in the document AC621/2012 before a federal prosecutor who worked with Salazar Barnett realizing the "movements" of his company, where he met a Canadian man that sustained a relationship.
On February 9, 2012, she went to the PGR, said he met Kevin Williams, 58, who was director of a company called Gold Flag and two men identified as Eliot Castaneda, aka "The Taco" home Guatemalan Kaawach Ahmet, nicknamed "Lou" of Canadian origin, who had relations with Barnett Salazar.
They were executed on July 12, 2008, when both victims ate at a taco stand located at the intersection of Buzeta Pedro and Juan Alvarez, in the Santa Teresita, where they were killed.
"I hear that Kevin Williams had another woman in Canada (...), I broke away from him and threatened to kill me if I left the job," said the woman identified as Garcia.
She added "to investigate whatever it takes to make this criminal cell that uses employees as accomplices without which at first they learn and as time passes and you are not allowed out of the criminal threats and hoaxes."
Currently no Salazar Barnett and Kevin Williams have been retained to testify about the facts of being accused and presumed to be living abroad.
