IDoCare:"Nok was still allowed to intervene during the appeal?"

The way I understand it, NOK now has a little "egg" on there face. What they got to see they can Not use Now. What they did use will have to be removed from the court cases were it was use. I am sure one of our lawyer type can explain it better, but thats MO in a nut shell.
