It's really odd when we had so many members predicted (2 to 3 months) an early cafc slam dunk ruling (which I also believed) and here we are about to set the all time record delay for a cafc decision. Must be something that's going to change the landscape for licensing in the cell phone patenting community. Shamefull for this kind of delay.... but in hindsight... predictable.. .. nic
