Long$lif, I agree and Disagree.

It is very true the FDIC and OCC have not released potentially damaging evidence about our bank and why they took it.

It is also true: The FDIC and OCC are withholding the info.

But, IMO: UWBK has a case and they would have a better case with the damaging evidence.
