The answers lie within the admin record we can not get the defense to produce, until that information is available we can not fairly judge our case. We do not have enough evidence to win the case at this point.....its all about the admin record and that is the play currently. Most here, I included, feel the occ/fdic is hiding damaging evidence and that is why we feel we will ultimately win the case if not settled. Based on financials alone we would lose.
