Buzz- I'm also not sure why you're posting Linkedin profile info. I heard directly from Mark Kay that Denn is no longer with the company. I don't think many people pay too much attention to accuracy of Linkedin information.

What I do see is that Denn is now willing to take less than .015 for his stock so that pretty much sets the bottom.
