I will give them the benefit of the doubt for the next 6 months. After that, if nothing has improved, I will look to get out at the least loss as possible.
Denn will be unloading the remainder of his 800K shares this week. That's going to keep this is the .014-.015 range. Hopefully that will be the last of the selling by insiders.
I think it's very odd that all of the "insider buy/sell" sites are picking up these transactions as "buys" when they really are sells. That makes me wonder if they are filling out the paperwork in such a way to game the system. I would have looked on this as very favorably if I didn't look at the SEC site. I really hope nothing shady is going on here!!
I will be looking for a little run based on news but i fear we may see selling into every rally unless the news is so good it is picked up as a recommendation by some of the pennystock services.
