It's ALL DUE to our wonderful management that posters on other boards so lovingly referenced and praised for keeping the doors open and the lights on.

Going back 12 years or so ago..one has to really wonder how e.Digital would have really really benefitted from proper management and sales skills. It is mind blowing to think how praised the engineering was at that time..BUT..why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free? Had I KNOWN exactly how e.Digital management was performing by giving away their technology I would have sold back then.

I have come to think that these were a bunch of arrogant people in charge. Think about Ferguson's signing of the NDA with Boyer...gawd...Would any business savvy company official sign such a document without the benefit of counsel?

Let's face it folks...the only product they ever had worth a lick was the digeplayer...that wasn't even their marketing idea.

They had enough engineering under their belt to make the first ipad or at the very least a kick butt Kindle type device. Yet...what did they do? NOTHING!

They could have even marketed their digeplayer to gym equipment suppliers...but they did NOTHING!

Remember they were first with the portable..yet another company came along IMS...and developed portables as well. The thing with IMS is that it is an actual working company that has changed and morphed their business to progress and move forward. I just checked out their site to see what they have been doing lately. Check out the "Defense" projects. They currently have 14 jobs AVAILABLE. That is more than twice the people we have at edig "working" (I use that word loosely).

e.Digital had all kinds of advantages over IMS way back when. Yet they did NOTHING to progress and increase shareholder value. They hired a law firm..big shmeal...how's that worked for us..the shareholders?

What about a business plan? Did they ever have one?

No Product = Nothing to sell! Nothing to sell = NO income!!

Do you really think anyone is knocking down their door for engineering services?

So what do we have going for us shareholders presently?

NO Engineering Projects

An 8 year in the application process Encryption Patent App?

Nunchi? They can't even detail/describe it well enough to get the Trademark at this point. IF they have been showing this "application" and it is in demand..then we would KNOW it..you can be quite sure of that!!
