We just upgraded our building last year. Payback was 1.2 years on the cost and will save us about 500 a month. Havent even had to replace bulb in over a year now. That was just for our office areas and 30 high bay lights. I still need to do our parking lot and some area lighting around the building. Would love to get some of these for my building if I could.
