This is an interesting marketing perspective but I'm not finding anything on AvWorks contracts or future contracts. If they're competing for FedBizOps.gov contracts, a disadvantaged small business might have an in, in the commercial segment, targeting work with Boeing is a smart move based on their record sales last year. That said, Boeing's new lines require less time in heavy maintenance so let's hope Young and his staff have calculated that into their business and sourcing strategy.

Further, targeting Latin America is significant. There's significant upside if they can find a niche there.
